Kushikatsu
Yummy gourmet Yusuke really likes Kushikatsu. If you talk to Yusuke in Osaka on August 24, you can get this recipe. It takes one beef, one pork, one egg, and one onion to make this dish. When Joker makes Kushikatsu for the first time, Yusuke tells him, “You are truly a saint among men,” and immediately starts crying tears of joy.
All allies gain 40 health back when they use the leftovers in fight. At the same time, Kushikatsu uses the Matarukaja effect, which makes all friends’ attacks stronger for a short time. It’s not as important to win with support skills like Matarukaja as it was in the base game, but they’re still useful.
Goya Chanpuru
Futaba shows you how to make Goya Chanpuru when you talk to her on August 18 after you finish Okinawa Jail. To make this dish, you need to get your Master Chef Bond skill to level two and buy Goya, Egg, Pork, and Tofu from Sophia’s Shop.
Another item that helps your party is the Goya Chanpuru. As long as the Masukukaja effect is in force, everyone in the party has a higher critical and auto-evade rate. On top of that, eating Goya Chanpuru heals friends for 40 HP. When Joker cooks it, Sophia tells him that the word for it in Okinawan is “Ippemasan,” which means “extremely delicious.”
Kyoto Curry
To cast powers, buffs, and debuffs with Persona skills, you need SP. If you don’t have any SP left, fighting bosses will be hard or even impossible. To get SP back, choose foods like Kyoto Curry. This way, you won’t have to leave jail and come back just to fill up your SP meter.
All friends get a huge 40 SP back from Kyoto Curry. The name of the dish says that it comes from Kyoto. It is made with beef, onion, rice, and kamu-nasu eggplant. Makoto says that the fresh vegetables grown in Kyoto were used in the dish.
Master Coffee
One of the last recipes you can unlock, Master Coffee, gives 50 SP back to one friend. This makes it the perfect item to use after spamming a single-party member’s SP. On August 30, you will get the request Trapped in the Great Tree in the post-game. If you complete it, you will get the Master Coffee recipe.
“My, Joker, you’ve grown into a fine young man,” Futaba says as she takes a sip of the strong coffee. Is it possible for me to finally retire as your boss and live a quiet life in the hills?”
Okonomiyaki
SP use is more important than HP use in battle, but both are still important. If your health drops, you can eat Okonomiyaki to give friends 60 HP back.
This recipe costs ¥1,100 and can be bought at the Lucky Lucky Restaurant in Osaka. To make it, mix flour, pork, and cabbage.
Osaka Sushi
Osaka Sushi gives friends 40 SP back, just like Kyoto Curry. But unlike the curry, Osaka Sushi also has the Marakukaja effect, which briefly boosts Defense and stops all allies’ attacks from being interrupted.
Asakusa Sushi costs ¥3,500 at Nanaya Sushi & Staples in Asakusa. Fish, crab, eggs, and rice are all called for in the dish. When Morgana, a cat-like being, smells the sushi, she starts to drool over “a full piece of crab.”
Churrasco
You can get Churrasco as a prize for the “Employee Course Correction” request you got in Osaka on August 28th. This recipe is made with beef, pork, lamb meat, and goat meat. It heals you for 30 HP and gives allies the Heat Riser effect, which makes your Attack, Defense, Critical Rate, and Evade Rate briefly higher.
The whole party has a big edge in battle thanks to these buffs. When Haru tries Joker’s Churrasco for the first time, she says, “It has just the right amount of salt, and the meat is charred to perfection.”
Obanazi
For some reason, Obanazi is the only cooked food that can heal all status effects and give back 30 HP. Obanazi will wake up a party member from a bad state, whether they are brainwashed or frozen.
To get the recipe, you’ll need to finish the Obanzai Ingredients request, which you can do starting August 24. Then, you can go to Sophia’s Shop and buy Kamo-Nasu Eggplant, Tofu, Carrot, and Miso to cook it. Makoto will say that Obanazi is a typical dish from Kyoto.
Master Curry
Futaba says that Master Curry is like the original Leblanc curry, but it tastes like all of its numbers have been maxed out. Both the Master Coffee and Master Curry recipes can only be found after 8 Ball Pool when you get the “A Thief’s Special Challenge” prompt.
Master Curry is made with pork, onion, coffee beans, and rice. It gives each party member 50 SP back. Master Curry is one of the best recipes because it heals all allies and restores the most SP of any dish. This is in contrast to Master Coffee, which only heals one friend.
Crab Hot Pot
The Crab Hot Pot heals friends for 80 HP and 40 SP, which is the most of any item. It’s the best way to heal your party, so you can dungeon crawl for hours. Haru says that the soup brings out the taste of the crab, and Yusuke can’t say anything.
For ¥6,600, you can buy the recipe for Crab Hot Pot at the Crab Empire in Osaka pretty early on. It calls for crab, tofu, and carrot.
